I. USER CONSENT

    Using the www.en.arm-robotics.pl Website by the User means that the User accepts that the Controller collects and uses the personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Website User's personal data is processed by the Controller based on the User's consent, and in certain cases described herein, as part of the Controller's legitimate interest. The User has the right to withdraw the previously given consent at any time. The consent withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing that has been carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal. If there is a change to this Privacy Policy and the User continues to use the Website, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the current terms of the Privacy Policy.

II. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE CONTROLLER

  1. Method of obtaining data transmission The Controller obtains personal data directly from the User through the Website, via the functionalities and communication tools available at the Website and sending messages to the Controller via them. The User’s provision of personal data is voluntary.
  2. Types of personal data processed The Controller collects the following personal information about the User:

III. OBJECTIVES OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

    The way the Controller processes the User's data depends on the User's use of the Website and the functionalities available. The Controller processes the User’s personal data for the following purposes:

    The Controller uses the User’s personal information to communicate with him/her in a personalized way. The information communicated to the User relates to products or services offered, personal data security, network updates, reminders, but also offers suggested by the Controller or its partners. Communication with the User also applies to the User service. Personal information is used to assist the User, solve technical problems and respond to the User complaints or grievances.

Consents given for marketing communications (e.g., to send commercial information by e-mail or contact by telephone for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal
  12. to comply with the Controller's legal obligations towards the User set forth in the GDPR, in the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

    At any stage of the processing of the User’s data, the User is provided with a number of rights to allow the User access his/her data, verify the correctness of the data processing, correct the data, as well as the right to object to the data processing; the User may request the data deletion, its processing limitation or transfer.

  2. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority The User whose personal data is processed by the Controller, has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection (President of Personal Data Protection Office).

VI. COOKIES

    Please be notified by the Controller that while using the Website, short text information called “cookies” are saved in the User's end device. Cookies contain such IT data as: the User’s IP address, name of the website they originate from, the time they are stored on the User's end device, a record of parameters and statistics, and a unique number. “Cookies” are directed to the Website server via the Internet browser installed in the User's end device. Cookies are used at the Website to:
  1. maintain technical correctness and continuity of the session between the Website server and the User's end device
  2. optimize the User's use of the Website pages and adjusting the way they are displayed on the User's end device
  3. provide safety of using the Website
  4. collect the Website visitor statistics to support structure and content improvement

    Two types of “cookies” are used at the Website: “session” and “permanent” ones.   4. The storage period of Users' personal data depends on the purposes of processing by the Data Controller. The Controller shall keep personal data for a period necessary to achieve the specified purposes, i.e.:
    1. for the duration of the Controller's business operations.
    In any of the above cases, after the necessary processing period, the data may be processed only for the purpose of asserting claims against the background of the relationship between the parties until the final legal resolution of these claims.
