We specialise in the design and construction of industrial machines, workstations and process lines dedicated to the execution of non-standard processes. With the aim of meeting customers' requirements, we take an individual approach to each task, which means that our machines are “tailor-made”. The process of developing a machine or device usually includes a concept phase, during which we work together with the customer to develop the main project assumptions, optimise the budget and anticipate possible further developments of the plant. Once the scope of the task has been established, we proceed to the design and production phase. Innovative design and technological solutions are often developed at this stage. Furthermore, we aim to build the machines in a way that allows them to be further expanded or upgraded.
We modernise industrial machinery according to the documentation provided to us or according to our recommendations. Replacing even minor components or parts of components with new ones can have a significant impact on the continuity and efficiency of production and maintenance. Modernisation also has a positive impact on overall working conditions and employee safety and reduces the risk of unplanned downtime or breakdowns in the future. For both machine building and modernisation, we carry out a number of tests on the equipment. After delivery and commissioning of the installation at the customer's site, we provide full servicing, ongoing operation and parametrisation support.
We build industrial machines on the basis of designs entrusted to us. We undertake unusual and complex orders because we know how important it is to tailor the equipment to the requirements of the particular company. Current market challenges related to quality and production efficiency require an out-of-the-box approach and individual technical solutions. Often, the use of standard, generally available solutions does not make it possible to increase efficiency and meet customer expectations. The solution to this challenge lies in customised machines, assembly and measuring stations as well as process lines.
