Information Obligation

The Controller of personal data provided by the User via the Website i.e. the entity deciding on the purposes and means of their processing, is ARM ROBOTICS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Mickiewicza 29, 40-085 Katowice, NIP 6272763850, (hereinafter referred to as the Controller).


The personal data provided by the User is processed by the Controller on the basis of the consent given by the User, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a)of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - hereinafter referred to as GDPR.


Provision of personal data through the Service is voluntary. The User has the right to revoke the given consent at any time by contacting the Controller at rodo@arm-robotics.pl, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The User has the right to access his/her personal data at any time, to correct, delete or restrict processing, and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.


The Controller processes the Website User’s personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Communication with the User, in particular handling complaints about the Controller's products or services.
  2. Presenting commercial offers to the User by electronic means.
  3. Presenting commercial offers to the User via telephone contact.
  4. Sending information to the User by electronic means as part of subscribing to the Controller's newsletter.
  5. Enable the User to send comments or opinions regarding the Controller's products or services.

The Controller may also process the User's personal data obtained through the Website for the following purposes:

  1. to enter into and execute a possible agreement between the User and the Controller and servicing the User as a Controller’s customer under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
  2. to conduct financial settlements with a User who is the Controller’s client for performance of a possible agreement concluded between the parties, as well as for the possible assertion of claims from a User who is a client within the framework of the Controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and for fulfilment of the Controller's legal obligations towards tax authorities on the basis of separate regulations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,
  3. to carry out the Controller's marketing activities within the framework of the Controller's legitimate interests within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and in accordance with statements of intent regarding marketing communications made to the Controller. Consents given for marketing communications (e.g., to send commercial information by e-mail or contact by telephone for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
  4. to comply with the Controller's legal obligations towards the User set forth in the GDPR, in the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

The User’s personal data is or may be transferred to the following recipient categories:

  1. advertising or marketing service providers

The Controller shall keep personal data for a period necessary to achieve the specified purposes, i.e.:

  • for the duration of the Controller's business operations.
